We are pleased to offer several integrated shipping options from our carrier partners including Yodel, DPD and Evri. These offer you the convenience of cheaper rates, self-service tracking, and paperless label options, along with a range of nationwide drop-off points.
Here are some key points about how integrated postage works.
Selecting an option at checkout
Parcel size
Please be sure to measure and weigh your parcel once you've prepared it for delivery, and select an accurate size band at checkout. If you item is larger than stated, shipping rates may not be accurate and carriers may refuse or return your parcel.
Insurance
Please carefully review the insurance coverage offered by each carrier option, which is clearly displayed at checkout. If you require a higher insurance value for your item, select 'Arrange my own' and organise your own postage - we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery.
By selecting an integrated carrier at checkout, you confirm that the selected carrier is responsible for your parcel while in transit. Claims in case of loss or damage in transit are to be made with your carrier directly. Refer to your selected carrier's claim policies on their websites so you understand your rights in the case of loss or damage.

Please note that postage insurance covers only the value of your item, and not The Seam's Maker service fees.
Selecting your carrier
We offer a range of paperless or print at home options. Options marked 'Paperless' will provide you with a QR code that will be scanned at the Parcelshop. Options marked 'Print at home' require printing yourself and attaching to the parcel.
When you select your carrier, please ensure you'll be able to print the label if you selected a print at home option, and drop the parcel at a participating parcelshop convenient to you.
Please also ensure your address is entered correctly for your returns label, using our lookup tool where possible to ensure correct formatting and validation.
Receiving your label
You can download your delivery label from the in-app chat after you pay. Delivery confirmation and instructions will also be delivered to your account's email address, so please ensure this is accurate and up to date before you pay. You can edit it in your Account.
If you do not receive your label, please submit a support request.

Your label will look like one of the below. Send your item according to the option you have selected.
Paperless - QR code
For paperless options, take your QR code on a device screen to a participating Parcelshop to scan. Find your local parcelshop below:

Tracking your delivery
You'll receive your tracking ID in the booking chat. Please use this to monitor the status of your item in transit, and raise any issues with your carrier directly.
We will update you in the platform when your item is with your Maker, and when it's ready for return to you.
If you do not receive emails from your carrier or updates from your Maker, please submit a support request.
Other delivery options
There are two other options available if integrated postage is not suitable for your booking.
- Co-ordinate to drop off and pick up your item from your Maker at their studio, shopfront or home. This is a convenient and affordable option if you live nearby. Please liaise with your Maker in the chat to organise a suitable time.
- Arrange your own postage. In this case you do not pay at checkout and instead organise and pay for your own postage outside of our platform. This is a good option if you'd like additional insurance coverage beyond our integrated offerings. Please be sure to inform your Maker about the delivery status so they know to expect your parcel.
