Creating an account and logging in

You'll need a free account with The Seam to complete a booking, and track your open bookings. Here's how to get started.

Create an account

• We will prompt you during your first booking to create an account. 
• You cannot currently create an account before you've initiated your first booking. 

Log in

• You can log in by clicking the 'Account' button at the top of The Seam's homepage, or clicking here.
• We also ask you log in during the booking process in case you were not already logged in.

Other useful account and login information

• We use your phone number as your login method. You'll need a unique, UK-based phone number to open an account.
• When you log in or sign up, we text a 6-digit code to authenticate you. Simply enter this code to login.
• If you don't get the code, you can request another one. Contact us if your code does not arrive.
